Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Free shipping for orders more than RM 1000.

Free local delivery is available for orders over RM 1000 within Kuala Lumpur. For orders under RM 1000 we charge RM 30 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 10 am to 16 pm , Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 
 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our office in Plaza Damas C-3-7 . After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am to 17 pm . on Monday to Friday, by appointment. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

We offer international shipping , please contact us directly regarding shipping instructions 
 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at brandstreettokyo2020@gmail.com  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Items are non returnable and non refundable. Do contact us directly for any assistance or additional information. Regarding return policy, actually, orders can not be cancelled and are non returnable. However, in the eventually of not being satisfied with our purchase, please contact us at our email address or visit our office in Plaza Damas.
